In mid-March, when Disney World, Disneyland, and all Disney Resort hotel properties began to temporarily close, Disney’s Hilton Head Resort and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort also shut down due to the global health crisis.
Now, those two closures have gotten an update!
Disney has announced that Disney’s Hilton Head Resort and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort will both be reopening today.
The two Disney Vacation Club properties have reopened today, a week prior to DVC Resorts are set to reopen at Disney World.
The properties are both implementing the same health and safety protocols that will be in place when Disney World’s Resort hotels reopen next week, including increased sanitation, and required face coverings in public areas for guests.
