When Disney+ launched — much like other apps — there were some technical glitches.
On launch day, the app crashed for many and since then, there have been minor issues here and there. However, more recently, Disney+ stopped working entirely for some viewers.
Viewers took to Reddit to report that after an update to the software on their 2016 Samsung Smart TVs, Disney+ stopped working.
Samsung and Disney are both aware of the issue and are working on a solution to bring Disney+ back to viewers affected. If you don’t have a Samsung 2016 Smart TV, but you’re still having issues with Disney+, you can find some possible solutions here!
