We’ve been taking you with us LIVE to the grand re-opening of Disney Springs today!

While we’ve already shown you some of the new health and safety protocols in place for the phased reopening, like the temperature checks, we’re also giving you a first look at the dining locations in Disney Springs. And chicken biscuit fans, you’re going to want to pay attention to this!

As we were making our way through Disney Springs, we noticed a bunch of construction signs near Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. (Hmmm, interesting!).

While there was a new patio put up back in December, it looks like the Shine Bar & Social at Homecomin’ is getting a makeover!

You may remember the previous Homecomin’ Shine Bar, pictured here from 2018. From the concept art shown on the construction wall, it looks like it will be getting a beautiful makeover!

These new-to-us construction walls mean that some construction has restarted at Walt Disney World after being previously halted in March. We will continue to keep you updated on any other construction sites we see!
