We’re getting set to party with the planet this week to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day!

A special celebration like this deserves all the pomp and circumstance! That’s why D23 will be hosting a panel this week that will take us on a deep dive into natural side of Disney.

Kevin Kern from the Walt Disney Archives will be chatting with legendary Imagineer Joe Rohde, along with Mark Linefield and Vanessa Berlowitz, the co-directors and producers of Disneynature’s Elephant, and Roy Conli, known for producing Tangled, Big Hero 6, and Disneynature’s Elephant, Dolphin Reef, and Penguins.

The chat will cover the impact of Disney’s documentary and animated film depictions of nature, including the latest Disneynature films. The conversation will also touch on the conservation efforts happening right now at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
