Hi, AllEars readers! If you would like to read more information regarding the temporary closures at the Disney Parks, please click here for a list of closures at the Disney Parks, or click here for some of our most FAQs. From all of us at AllEars, our thoughts are with those affected. While the Disney Parks are closed, we will continue to write articles and bring you AllEars TV videos to enjoy and for our readers to use once the parks reopen.

Star Wars: The Phantom Menace gave us many questionable things… Jar Jar Binks, Darth Vader as a preteen going “YIPEE!”, the weird Padawan rat-tail… but it gave us one thing that was undeniably awesome.

…no, not you. You weren’t awesome until The Clone Wars.

I’m talking about podracing. If you’re like me, you have fond memories of playing Episode I: Racer on the Nintendo 64. Now you can bring those memories back because the game is coming to the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4!

The game features all the races from Episode I, including Anakin, Sebulba, and a bunch of people whose names you probably don’t remember unless you played this game obsessively when you were a kid.

Racers can upgrade their pods, race across the galaxy, and play against rivals in split-screen and LAN multiplayer! Experience the action with all the graphical fidelity of 1999!

More into lightsabers? Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, which allows you to build your own Padawan from the ground up, has also been released on both platforms, and is available right now!

Which racer will you be backing? Anakin? Sebulba? Or… uh… *squints at notes* Mawhonic? Let us know in the comments!
