The current global health crisis continues to force closures across the nation. We’ve already seen Disney World and the Four Seasons Orlando Resort shuttered temporarily due to the outbreak.
Now, Marriott Vacations Worldwide has announced that they will be temporarily suspending operations due to the virus.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, all Marriott Vacations Worldwide service centers will close down through April 6th, and all resorts to rental guests through April 23rd.
In addition, the timeshare company will furlough its workers due to the drop in business. Marriott Vacations Worldwide currently employs 3,300 people across seven properties and two corporate offices.
