What You Need to Know About the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival’s New Garden Graze!

Each Epcot festival has had a delectable dining tour you could tackle as you explored the parks, sampling a selection of dishes to earn a free prize at the end! The original was the Cookie Stroll at Festival of the Holidays, but its since been joined by Emile’s Fromage Montage and the Wonderful Walk of Color!

Now the Flower and Garden Festival has joined the party with a tasty new stroll and the coolest prize we’ve seen yet! Best of all, it’s 100% vegetarian!

The new Garden Graze takes guests around 5 different Outdoor Kitchens, letting them sample some sweet and savory plant based goods! You’ll start at Flavor Full Kitchen with the Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis.

Hummus continues to be Yummus.

Then you’ll saunter over to Germany to pick up the Potato Pancakes with House-made Apple Sauce at Bauernmarkt.

Grab a beer while you’re here to wash them down!

You’ll be able to taste the fruits (er… plant-based meats?) of Disney’s new partnership with Impossible Foods at Trowel & Trellis, with the Impossible Farmhouse Meatball with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and Creamy Herb Dressing. Then you can duck into the Refreshment Outpost for a Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning.

Tajin is a chili lime seasoning that is super popular in Mexico and the world over.

Finally, you can wash it all down with a Watermelon Cucumber Slushy at Florida Fresh. We hope you’re not too full, though, because your reward awaits at Pineapple Promenade!  In exchange for conquering all five delicious meals, you’ll be given a new twist on the most iconic Disney snack… the Dole Whip!

Oh, Dole Whip… so simple, yet so fantastic…

The festival offering is a special Mango Limeade Dole Whip that comes in a souvenir cup. Don’t throw this one away after you finish, however! The cup doubles as a terrarium, and you’ll be given a packet of seeds so you can start your own garden!

This is some beautiful purple basil!

The Garden Graze will be available when the Festival opens on March 4th! Which food item will you try first? Let us know in the comments!
