If you really want to feel like a movie star, then you’ll have to pull out your black Amex to splurge on some stellar dining in Disney’s glitziest park: Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Recently, we looked into what kind of costs you could rack up to eat the most expensive meals in Epcot, and now we’re jaunting to Hollywood Studios to see what it takes to dine like a star!
Now, there are not a ton of restaurants in Hollywood Studios in general, much less pricey ones! Still, you can definitely find a fancier meal right on the opening stretch of Hollywood Boulevard. So look no further for that most expensive meal than the iconic Hollywood Brown Derby.
If you’ve ever wanted to eat the most expensive meal in Hollywood Studios, here’s what it would cost you!
Three-Course Dining at Hollywood Brown Derby
As a reminder, we’ve got some specific criteria when it comes to gauging an expensive meal. We compared meals around the park based on the price of a three-course meal (appetizer, entree, and dessert) with one alcoholic drink. Let’s see what an expensive meal at Hollywood Brown Derby would run you!

Hollywood Brown Derby is a fun and historic dining spot modeled after the famous Brown Derby restaurant in Los Angeles.

The original restaurant is known for hosting dozens of celebrities (adding their caricatures to the wall every time) and for creating the iconic Cobb Salad. The Hollywood Studios replica does a good job of sticking to the original. The menu features that Cobb Salad and branches off with other tasty (and expensive, in this case) options.
Appetizer — Pan-seared Scallops and Roasted Pork Belly
To start off your expensive meal, you’ll be ordering the Pan-seared Scallops and Roasted Pork Belly with Cauliflower Silk and Red Onion Gastrique. We know, we know: How can you pass up on the iconic Cobb?

Well, if you’re really trying to rack up to the fanciest meal you’ve got to opt for something with pricier ingredients. The scallops and pork belly appetizer sits at $17.
Entree — Char-grilled Filet of Beef
After you’ve chowed down on scallops and pork belly, the expensive entree means it’s time to nab the Char-grilled Filet of Beef. This course features Saffron Potato Mash, Seasonal Vegetables, Green Peppercorn Reduction, and Sun-dried Tomato Ketchup for $49.
Dessert — Grapefruit Cake
Hollywood Brown Derby is known for its iconic and original Grapefruit Cake, a Vanilla Sponge Cake with Grapefruit Syrup, Grapefruit Cheesecake, and Grapefruit Jam. It’s the perfect way to wrap up that pricey meal for $13.

Drink — The Macallan 25 Year Sherry Oak Single Malt Whiskey
Now, the drink is where the price really skyrockets. Hollywood Brown Derby has a full bar and a stock of some rare and expensive liquors. So the perfect sip to pair with your meal for that high price-tag is none other than a 2 oz pour of The Macallan 25 Year Sherry Oak Single Malt Whiskey for a whopping $250. Whew! You’re really drinking like a Hollywood star now!
Total Cost
Added up, this most expensive meal in Hollywood Studios will run you $329 per person. Three-quarters of that price comes from the scotch alone! But if you’re looking for something even more special, there’s a more exclusive experience you can have at Hollywood Brown Derby (even if it isn’t nearly as pricey).

Alternate Option — Dine with an Imagineer at Hollywood Brown Derby
Hollywood Brown Derby offers the experience to Dine with an Imagineer! That’s right, you could sit down with one of the interesting people who make Disney World magical. This experience is offered in the private Bamboo Room and includes a four-course meal for $60. So, it’s not nearly as expensive as our meal from above, but it’s super hard to get this reservation so it is really exclusive.

Love or loathe. Loathe. Prices super high, portions extremely small. Cost a fortune and DH left hungry. Never again.
Love, love, love HBD! We have been coming to this restaurant since the Studios opened and we come Every trip! It is one of our favorites in all of WDW. Yes, it’s not cheap, but it’s really good & the atmosphere is the best!We will be dining here again on our next trip.
