To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic a surf party-themed area, Hang 10, will debut this year.
Hang 10 will be on the resort’s white sand beach and immerse you in a surf-themed beach party with a live band, decorations, and two new dishes from the hotel’s food and beverage team.

- Fry Basket
Clams, shrimp, oysters, and fries seasoned with malt vinegar and served with lemon and traditional tartar sauce - Hearts of Palm Ceviche
Thinly sliced fresh hearts of palm, lime juice, Bermuda onion, bell pepper, and chili peppers
Drink options will include Spritzes and hard seltzer water.
“The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is all about fun,” said Luciano Sperduto, director of food & beverage. “We wanted to celebrate this milestone by giving our guests yet one more party experience to enjoy.”

Dolphin Swan IMHO the best resorts on property , and the food and wine event is really fun and not crowded. We stay at the dolphin swan usually 2 times a year rooms can be found for around $200 per night total taxes fees etc etc at certain times. Great Restaurants and bars on property to many to list, amazing pool area, so many things todo at night around the boardwalk area , can walk to epcot and Studios. Hands down the best value on property for it’s location and price. Boardwalk and Yacht Beach are right next door and are 2-3 times the price. Could easily stay for a week and never goto a park and be happy.
