This year, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World‘s Magic Kingdom will debut a brand-new “Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show. With the first party a week away, we have just been “treated” to a first look at the new show.

The Nightmare Before Christmas‘ Jack Skellington serves as the host of the show. Jack is in the Magic Kingdom to tell a “not-so-scary” Halloween story about how anything can happen on this night.

The story starts as Jack’s ghost dog, Zero, takes us off on an adventure, where Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy find themselves drawn into a haunted house. Their wanderings take them from one room of the house to another where they will encounter dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts and a series of Disney villains.

The show will also include projections and lasers, plus lighting and fireworks. Learn more about the show and watch a portion of it here!
