EDITOR’S NOTE: As of July 2, we’ve heard from several guests in the parks who report that Aunt Polly’s opening seems to have been delayed or perhaps cancelled for this holiday week. We’ll update as we learn more.
The super-seasonal location Aunt Polly’s on Tom Sawyer Island in Magic Kingdom will be open this Fourth of July holiday!

This spot only opens its doors a few times a year, so it’s rare that you’re able to enjoy the delicious Sweet Tea Slushies or Peanut Butter, Nutella, and Banana Sandwiches.
But, if you’ll be in the Magic Kingdom from June 29 to July 6, then you’re in luck!
The quick service location will be open from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and should be serving the same options as in March. Menu items included things like the Mud Brownie and Becky’s Buttery Biscuit Barbecued Pork Sliders.

Since this spot is over on Tom Sawyer Island, it’ll likely have fewer crowds, so this is a great opportunity to kick back on the porch with your family on what will likely be a crowded weekend.

Aunt pollys was not open today
Yes, not open today (July 1st) as well.
Thanks for letting us know!
With all the crowds, and our numerous visits, tom sawyer island has become a peaceful, fun spot for us and the kids, I would have loved to had tom Sawyer island in my backyard growing up., I hope this is really a disney test run, and they open this up, maybe they will emulate traffic flow, sales, etc for a business case. . This spot has a unique view of the other lands and obviously less crowded spot.and the food choices sound really serious.
Years ago Aunt Polly’s was open on a more regular basis. The demand wasn’t there, so they went to this seasonal schedule. I am sure Disney periodically evaluates demand or potential for demand for everything in the parks, etc.
