Disney’s Coronado Springs to Welcome Three New Dining Locations This Summer

In addition to opening a new tower, the Gran Destino Tower, on July 9, Coronado Springs Resort is also welcoming three new dining options this summer.

These three new locations are in addition to the previously announced, and previewed, Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood rooftop restaurant at Gran Destino Tower.

Three Bridges Bar & Grill 

Three Bridges Bar & Grill will sit on the resort’s Villa del Lago lake and be a table-service dining option. You’ll find sandwiches, shared plates, and more here.

Sharable plates will include Curry-Lentil Hummus, Szechuan Peppercorn Wings, and Stuffed Mushrooms. Featured entrees include a Villa del Lago Salad with arugula, frisée, warm Yukon potatoes, white beans, and asparagus tossed in a bright sherry vinaigrette and The Three Bridges Signature Burger will come with crispy potato, Manchego cheese, roasted garlic-lemon aïoli, arugula and tomato.

Other entrees include Braised Pork Tacos, Grilled Skirt Steak, Harissa Lamb Chops, and Crispy Chicken Sliders.

Look at dessert! Dessert options will include warm churros with Espelette pepper sugar and chocolate sauce or a vanilla custard Mickey tart with compressed pineapple and tropical sorbet.

Signature house-made sangrias will be a part of the cocktail menu at Three Bridges Bar and Grill along with craft beers and a variety of wine from Spain and California. Non-alcoholic beverage options will also be available.

Dahlia Lounge

Dahlia Lounge will be next to Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood on the Gran Destino Tower‘s rooftop.

Dahlia Lounge will be serving up unique drinks and dishes. One of Disney’s resident master sommeliers will be selecting a variety of wines for the lounge that will include Spanish cavas (sparkling wines). A cocktail menu will include drinks made with  ingredients hand-crafted by mixologists.

There will be some tapas and small plates on the menu here as well. Tapas options will include Chilled Marinated Mussels ‘Escabèche,’ Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon, Valdeón Blue Cheese, or Traditional Tortilla Española’ Spanish Potato Omelet. Plates are to include Savory Churros, Roasted Beets, Head on Prawns, Espelette-dusted Marcona Almonds, and more.

 Barcelona Lounge

The Barcelona Lounge will be in the Gran Destino Tower‘s lower lobby area and will transition from a coffee and breakfast bar in the morning to a cocktail bar later in the afternoon. Barcelona Lounge will offer a European Coffee Experience throughout the day.

In the morning you’ll find Spanish and classic American pastries and breakfast items here as well as some healthier options such as blueberry-lavender honey yogurt with flaxseed granola, and fresh-squeezed orange juice.

The Barcelona Lounge’s cocktail bar will feature a variety of tonics to complement their international gin collection. The collection will include a house-crafted signature Gran Destino Gin Tonic infused with orange saffron. A premium sampling of select wines will also be avaialble in addition to Spanish and American craft beers. You’ll also find a small plates menu with savory options like Spanish charcutería and artisanal cheeses, Lentil Hummus ‘Aceitunas’ Marinated Olives, and more.

These three locations are set to open when the Gran Destino Tower opens on July 9.
