Chef José Andrés’ Jaleo opened in Disney Springs on March 17. At that time it was only serving dinner.

Now, Jaleo is open for both lunch and dinner.
Lunch service is from 11:30 a.m. until 3:55 p.m., with dinner starting at 5 p.m. and the restaurant closing at 11 p.m.

Pepe, the first brick-and-mortar version of the popular Washington, DC food truck of the same name, is Jaleo‘s quick service option. Pepe is open continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Disney Advanced Dining Reservations are not available for Jaleo yet, but you can call Jaleo directly at 321-348-3211, visit the Jaleo website, or reserve on OpenTable.com.

I’m thrilled that there’s now a Spanish restaurant on Disney property. My mother’s side of the family is Spanish, and while we’ve always enjoyed the other Latino choices available – Mexican and Cuban, primarily – it’s nice to have an option that’s specifically representative of her culture when we visit. Buena suerte, José!
