A new Festival is on the Epcot horizon! Our last visit to the park saw the Epcot Festival of the Arts Food Booths (called Food Studios) getting new signs. Now we’ve just learned about the merchandise, and the Passholder exclusive merchandise, magnet, and dining discounts for the Festival!
This year’s Festival of the Arts takes place January 18 – February 25.
A sure sign a Festival is starting is activity around the food booths. We’ve seen new signs on the booths, and the Festival of the Holidays decor being removed.

2019 Epcot Festival of the Arts Merchandise
Festival of the Arts commemorative merchandise includes a MagicBand featuring Foodie Figment, and a Figment spirit jersey, T-shirt, ornament and more. Passholders will receive 20 percent off all Festival merchandise.

Make room on your car or fridge — there’s another Passholder magnet coming out for the Festival! This season’s Passholder magnet features the popular Figment! Pick up your magnet at either Mouse Gear or Port of Entry. You’ll need to show both your Annual Pass and your photo ID to receive your magnet.
The Passholder Exclusive Cookie will be available for purchase at Taste Track (near Test Track) from January 18 – 26.
Passholder exclusive merchandise includes a special t-shirt and coaster set — both featuring Mickey Mouse, as well as a trading/collectible pin starring Pluto.
Passholders receive a 10 percent discount on dining packages for the Disney on Broadway Concert Series during the entire festival. Plus, there is a special passholder 20 percent discount on dining packages at Biergarten Restaurant and Coral Reef Restaurant for lunch and dinner through January 31*. *Discount applies to the regular price of food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding applicable tax and gratuity) during available lunch and dinner meal periods. Valid for the Passholder and up to three (3) guests. Not valid for breakfast, special events and may not be combined with any other discount or offer.

Where can special pass holder merchandise be purchased?
Unfortunately, Festival of the Arts is over now, so unless there’s some merchandise on shopDisney.com, I’m not sure where you’ll find it.
I have heard that the 20% Passholder discount does not apply to artwork purchased in the “WonderGround Tent” and the “Disney Artist Tent”. Is this true? If so, is that same artwork available in the Epcot Art of Disney Store and does the Passholder discount apply there? Thanks!! Looking forward to all the new Figment merchandise!!
